Mamta Verma M.D.
Dr. Mamta Verma is a board-certified neurologist with more than 15 years of experience working with neurotoxins throughout her medical career. Her background in precision-based medicine, facial anatomy, and patient care has shaped her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to aesthetics.
Bringing a physician-owned med spa to Hershey has been a long-time vision and personal passion for Dr. Verma. Inspired by the growing interest in self-care, she wanted to create a modern aesthetic space where patients could receive high-quality treatments in a safe, welcoming, and medically guided environment.
By combining experienced medical aestheticians with physician oversight, Dr. Verma’s goal is to provide trusted aesthetic care while elevating skincare and aesthetic services for the Central Pennsylvania community.
Melissa Guirand CRNP
Melissa has over a decade of experience in ER and ICU, and since 2022, in Neurology. She’s particularly passionate about IV therapy, bringing skill and comfort to every patient interaction.
Kristi Purcell
Kristi Purcell is excited to be part of the Aesthetics on Chocolate team. She’s happy to be providing aesthetic services and being part of the Hershey community. Kristi has been a licensed Esthetician for 14 years, a professionally trained Chef, and a Licensed Radiology Technician. Her passion truly does lie in serving others, delivering a wow experience, and building relationships.
While Kristi’s passion in esthetics is all things skincare, facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and an at-home regimen, she also specializes in laser treatments. When she’s not in the spa, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones and Border Collie, hiking, traveling, cooking, kayaking, and all things nature.

Jordan Costik
Jordan Costik is a Pennsylvania-licensed esthetician and a graduate of LDHS, HACC, and De’Rielle Cosmetology Academy.
With more than 10 years of experience in skin care, acne solutions, microneedling, and skin resurfacing through lasers and peels, Jordan focuses on strategy over excess, emphasizing that long-term results come from professional treatments. Outside of creating glowing skin, Jordan is happiest during a Pizza Friday at her sister’s house, or on a sunny boat ride alongside her husband, two kids, and yellow lab.
Amy L Alspaugh LPN
Amy L Alspaugh LPN, has dedicated over 30 years to the medical field. Throughout her diverse nursing career, she has worked in Labor and Delivery, home care, long-term care, rehabs, doctors’ offices, the post-op floor, and the Emergency Department. She absolutely loves being a nurse! Two things people find fascinating about Amy are that she is a mother of six children and owns a beautiful Clydesdale horse.
Leyna Koepke
Leyna Koepke is a Hershey High School graduate and has recently graduated from DeRielle Cosmotology Academy and gotten her esthetics license. She is excited to be starting with these wonderful women and can’t wait to meet you and put you on the schedule. Outside of aesthetics, Leyna loves beach trips, casual walks, and hanging out with friends and family.
